No, never. Sedation depresses breathing and impairs temperature regulation at altitude, and most airlines refuse a visibly sedated animal. We manage anxiety with early crate familiarisation, correct crate sizing, familiar bedding and calm handling.

Your pet stays with our handler, not in a holding area. Every booking has a written fallback (an alternate flight, an alternate date, or boarding with a vetted partner) decided before travel day rather than improvised on it. You are told immediately, with photos.

Yes, usually by escorted train or a dedicated road van rather than by air. Brachycephalic breeds such as Pugs, Bulldogs, Shih Tzus, Boxers and Persian cats face genuine respiratory risk in cargo holds, and many airlines restrict them. We route them differently by default.

On some Indian and international sectors, small cats and dogs can travel in cabin if the pet plus carrier stays within the airline's weight limit, usually around 5–7 kg, with advance approval. For international travel: additionally a microchip, rabies titre (RNATT) report where required, a destination import permit, and AQCS export endorsement.

Yes. We establish the correct pathway, prepare the file, submit it, follow up and confirm issuance. For pets entering India that means an advance NOC under Transfer of Residence, Re-import or a DGFT short-stay licence; for pets leaving India it means AQCS health-certificate endorsement and export clearance.
