We crate-train before travel, book the shortest routing, avoid mid-day heat slots, and our handler stays with your pet until the hold door closes, then again the second it opens.
“What if the airline refuses my breed at check-in?”
Breed, snout type and weight are confirmed against that specific airline's live-animal policy before we book. If a carrier won't take your pet, we knew that in week one, not at the counter.

Vet fitness certificate
Issued within the airline's validity window by a registered veterinarian, plus an up-to-date vaccination record and, where needed, a sedation-free travel note.
Airline / railway booking
Live-animal booking on carriers that actually accept pets on that sector, with confirmed AWB or luggage-van registration in your name.
Door pickup & delivery
Climate-controlled vehicle from your home to the terminal, and from the arrival terminal to the new address, including high-rise, gated and remote pickups.
Live updates
A WhatsApp thread that starts at the quote and ends with a photo of your pet sniffing their new balcony.
