Terms of service

Last updated 1 July 2026

Template notice: this is a starting draft, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer against Indian consumer law, carriage regulations and your insurance cover before launch, particularly the liability and cancellation clauses.

1. Quotations

Quotations are itemised and valid for the period stated on the quote. A quote is based on the information you provide about your pet and route; material changes (a different crate size after measurement, a changed date or destination) may change the price, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance, which secures the crate, the carrier slot and the documentation work. The balance is payable before travel. All prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is shown separately.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information about your pet's breed, weight, age, health and behaviour
  • Disclosing any medical condition, medication, aggression history or previous travel difficulty
  • Presenting your pet on time, fit to travel, and with the agreed paperwork
  • Meeting destination-country requirements that only you can satisfy, such as residence documentation

4. Fitness to travel

We may decline or postpone a move where, in our reasonable judgement or that of a veterinarian, travel would put the animal at risk. This includes brachycephalic breeds in high temperatures, pets that are unwell, heavily pregnant or too young, and situations where a carrier embargo applies. Where we decline on welfare grounds, we will discuss alternatives with you.

5. Third parties

Carriage is performed by airlines, railways and road operators under their own conditions of carriage. Government authorities decide permit, NOC and quarantine outcomes. We coordinate, prepare and advocate, but we do not control those decisions.

6. Delays and disruption

Weather, fog, embargoes, cancellations and regulatory delays occur. We maintain a written fallback plan for every booking and will implement it at no additional service charge, though third-party costs such as rebooking fees or boarding may apply and will be shown to you before they are incurred.

7. Cancellation and postponement

Cancellation and postponement terms, including which costs are recoverable at each stage, are set out in your written quote and agreed before payment. Costs already committed on your behalf (crates, government fees, non-refundable carrier charges) are not recoverable.

8. Liability

We take our duty of care seriously and maintain a 100% safe-arrival record. Our liability is limited as set out in your booking agreement and does not extend to loss caused by inaccurate information supplied to us, undisclosed medical conditions, or decisions of carriers and government authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
