What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, origin and destination addresses, travel dates, and details about your pet including breed, weight, age, medical notes and vaccination records. For international moves we also handle identity and residence documents required by government authorities.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you an itemised quote
- To book carriers, crates, veterinary appointments and transfers
- To apply for permits, No Objection Certificates and destination import approvals on your behalf
- To keep you updated during travel
- To meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations
Who we share it with
Only the parties who need it to complete your move: airlines and railways, veterinary practitioners, government authorities such as the Animal Quarantine and Certification Service, and destination-country clearance agents. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Move records are retained for as long as required for regulatory, taxation and dispute-resolution purposes, and then deleted. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to hello@aigan.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This website uses only what is necessary to function. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this section must be updated and a consent mechanism added before they are enabled.
